Going Bananas

Another Sunday afternoon.

Feel like having banana bread today.

Main recipe from the Engineer Cook, with the idea of adding ground cinamon and cloves from the Baker Who Cooks. But I think I under-estimated the amount of butter and resulted in the bread being slightly dry and crumbly. Still, the lovely aroma of banana, cinamon and cloves on my fingers as I type this is more than enough reward for the day.

Next time, use a measuring spoon.
