Sunday afternoon.

Nothing to do.

Went down to 升松百货 and came back with a bar of unsweetened baking chocolate. With the instructions from Cooking for Engineers, 2 hours later, viola! Moist, sticky and chewy Chocalate Brownies!

Now, lets get some vannilla ice cream...
