Oy, Oy, Oysters!
My brother came today with 12 frozen oysters. He ate 6 after thawing. Raw. That was too fresh for my liking.
I decided my oysters shall be baked, with a little bit of minced garlic, a slice of butter and topped with a sprinkle of cheese, 15 mins in the oven, add a dash of lemon - ah... that's how I like them!
