You think the standard of English in Sg is bad?

Screen capture of an email I recieved at work. This was written by someone who has lived and worked in the USA for a number of years. I hope the standard of English in Singapore is not this bad.

Oy, Oy, Oysters!

My brother came today with 12 frozen oysters. He ate 6 after thawing. Raw. That was too fresh for my liking.

I decided my oysters shall be baked, with a little bit of minced garlic, a slice of butter and topped with a sprinkle of cheese, 15 mins in the oven, add a dash of lemon - ah... that's how I like them!
